Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each month and do not roll over. If you need credits that never expire, consider our Pay As You Go option where purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 5-credit free trial so you can evaluate the quality before committing. Because credits are consumed instantly upon generation, we are unable to offer refunds on used credits. If you experience a technical issue, our support team will work to resolve it or provide replacement credits.
What payment methods do you accept?
